| 摘 要： | 本文分别讨论了1型糖尿病和2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者胰岛β细胞的功能特点和评估方法。指出1型糖尿病和T2DM患者的胰岛β细胞功能均存在很大的差异性,其影响因素也是多方面的,但二者各有其特点。评估1型糖尿病和T2DM患者的胰岛β细胞功能的方法有多种,且并不完美,各有利弊,尚不能很好的反映胰岛β细胞功能质和量的动态变化,但可以取长补短,合理应用,也需要进一步完善,寻找更好的方法。

| Abstract: | This article discussed the character and evaluation of pancreatic β-cell function in the typel diabetic patients （T1DM） and the type2 diabetic patients （T2DM）, There were great difference in pancreatic B-cell function in patients with T1DM and T2DM, each has some influencing factors. A lot of methods has been used to evaluate pancreatic β-cell function, all of which were too perfect to reflect the changes of their quality and quantity. But these methods might be used properly and improved. The better method would be sought. |
