| 摘 要： | 许多证据表明,胰岛素抵抗是一个慢性非特异性炎症持续过程。发生胰岛素抵抗的分子机制主要是靶细胞胰岛素受体后信号通路的缺陷。肿瘤坏死因子α、白细胞介素1、白细胞介素6等炎性因子影响胰岛素受体后信号转导。阐明炎症引起胰岛素抵抗的具体分子机制的临床意义在于,对炎症性疾病如代谢综合征、动脉粥样硬化、2型糖尿病的治疗提供理想的靶点及有力的理论根据。

| Abstract: | Many evidence indicated that,the insulin resistance is a continues process of chronic inflammation with non-specificity.Molecular mechanism of insulin resistance is mainly related to signal pathway deficiency after insulin receptor of targeted cells,which is always affected by many inflammatory cytokines including tumor necrosis factor-alpha](TNF-alpha]),interleukin (IL)-1(IL-1) and interleukin (IL)-6(IL-6) and so on.It has great significant to elucidate the concrete molecular mechanism of insulin resistance resulting from inflammation,which will provide ideal targeted point and strongly reference for the therapy of inflammatory diseases such as metabolic diseases,artherosclerosis,diabetic mellitus type II and so on. |
