脑卒中危险因素的研究

急性脑血管病(脑卒中)在我国每年新发病例约150～200万,是成人最常见的致死和致残原因之一。吸烟、嗜酒、肥胖、高血压、糖尿病等传统危险因素仅能解释1/3脑卒中事件发生的原因,而近年研究发现血液病、血管动力学改变、血脂、感染、同型半胱氨酸、分子遗传学、颈动脉病变等诸多因素的变化与其发病有关。这些研究结果的普及对降低脑卒中的发病率和病死率以及提高患者的生活质量等均有重要的意义。

Research Progress about Risk Factors of Cerebral Apoplexy

There are about 1,500,000～2,000,000 new patients of acute cerebrovascular disease (cerebral apoplexy) every year,which is one of the most common factors in adults resulting in death and disability.Traditional risk factors are smoking,excess consumption,obesity,hypertension,diabetes,which only explain the causes of one third person with this diseases.Recent researches showed that there are many factors related to its genensis,which includes hematopathy,blood vessel dynamics,blood lipid,infection,homocysteine,molecular genetics,carotid arteriopathy and so on.The popularition of these study data will be of great significance in decreasing mobidity and case fatality of this disease as well as promoting patient′s quality of life.
