连续性肾脏替代治疗的临床研究进展

连续性肾脏替代治疗(CRRT),又称为连续性血液净化,一般定义为每天连续24h或接近24h的一种连续性血液净化疗法。CRRT最早应用于重症急性肾衰竭的治疗,现已应用到各种临床常见危重症的抢救上,各种危重的急、慢性肾衰竭、全身炎性反应综合征、多器官功能障碍综合征或多器官功能衰竭等都是CRRT治疗的适应证,它是急性肾衰竭,尤其是并发多器官功能障碍综合征患者最安全、最有效的治疗手段。
