肺心病患者脑循环动力学临床研究

摘    要:目的探讨肺心病患者脑循环动力学(CVD)的变化。方法用脑循环动力学检测仪测定肺心病患者急性发作期CVA与缓解期及正常对照组CVA进行比较。结果肺心病患者平均脑血流速度、最大血流速度、最小血流速度及最小血流量显著降低(P<0.01);其外周阻力、特性阻抗及弹性波波速、动态阻抗显著增高(P<0.01);平均血流量明显降低,临界压明显升高(P<0.05);血管顺应性及最大血流量无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论肺心病患者CVA存在不同程度的障碍、且随病情加重而加重。

Abstract:Objective To investigate changes of cerebrovascular dynamics of patients with pulmonary heart disease.Methods To measure CVD of cases in acute stage,cases in remission stage and control group and then to carry on comparision among them.Results Average cerebral blood flow velocity,maximal blood velocity,minimal blood velocity and minimal blood flow of patients with pulmonary heart disease were all decreased apparently (P<0.01);peripheral resistance,characteristic impedance,wave velocity of elastic wave and dynamic impedance were all increased apparently (P<0.01);average blood flow decrease apparently,critical pressure were increased apparently (P<0.05);there was no difference in vascular compliance and maximal blood flow between(P>0.05).Conclusion CVA of patients with pulmonary heart disease has some disorder in different degree,which can aggravate following the aggravation of pathogenetic condition of the diseases.
