| 摘 要： | 糖尿病性骨质疏松(DO)是指糖尿病(DM)并发单位体积内骨量减少,骨组织微结构改变,骨强度减低、脆性增加等易发生骨折的一种全身性、代谢性骨病,是DM在骨骼系统的重要并发症之一。随DM患病率的逐年增加,DO的患病率也明显增多,并成为DM患者致死、致残的重要原因,严重影响患者的生活质量,给家庭和社会都带来沉重的经济负担。目前对DO发病机制及其防治的研究已成为国内外研究的热点。现将近年来的研究进展进行综述。

| Abstract: | Diabetic Osteoporosis(DO),is a general metabolic bone disease having fracture tendency because of osteopenia in unit volume,microstructural changes of bone tissue,decreased bone strength and increased friability,which is one of important complications of DM in skeletal system..With the increasing morbidity of DM,the morbidity of DO is dramaticly increasing,and has become an important cause of diabetic patients′ mutilation and death.DO seriously affects living quality of diabetic patients,and adds heavy economic burden to family and society.Now research-of the pathogenesis and prevention of DO has become a worldwide hot spot.Here we review the nearly research progresses. |
