毛囊上皮干细胞及其诱导分化

摘    要:毛囊具有独特的结构和周期性再生能力,这主要是在毛囊外根鞘隆突部位蕴藏着丰富的具有强大增殖能力的表皮多能干细胞,这些多能干细胞不仅能衍生为毛发,也能分化成表皮和皮脂腺组织。经免疫组织化学及超微结构研究已证实,毛囊上皮干细胞定位于毛囊外根鞘的隆突部位。在毛囊生长初期到中期阶段,毛囊隆突细胞与真皮毛乳头细胞的密切接触,特别是选择性的接收毛乳头细胞发出的向上生长信号是必不可少的。
