| 摘 要： | 慢性前列腺炎是由不同原因所致的一类综合征,是青年男性常见疾病,发病机制尚未完全明了。其临床征象多样,主要表现为排尿刺激症状,生殖器及盆腔疼痛。诊断主要依据临床症状,缺乏有效的诊断及鉴别诊断手段。由于前列腺固有的解剖及生理特点,致使慢性前列腺炎难以治愈。近年来,国内外对慢性前列腺炎的研究取得较大进展,本文就其诊断和治疗进展予以综述。

| Abstract: | Chronic prostatitis is a syndrome caused by various factors, usually occurs in middle - aged and young man, and its etiopathogenisis remains unclear. Urinary irritation, irregular genitals and pelvic cavity pains are main symptoms. The diagnosis of chronic prostatitis mainly depends on clinical symptoms. We reviewed the advancements in diagnosis and treatment of chronic protatitis. |
