妊娠期血液高凝并发症的研究进展

血凝增强是妊娠晚期的一种生理现象,但血液高凝状态可引起许多产科并发症,如抗磷脂综合征、妊娠高血压疾病、胎盘早剥、胎盘梗死、胎儿生长受限、反复流产、妊娠丢失等。研究表明,肝素可以有效治疗血液高凝造成的各种相关并发症,因其不通过胎盘,无致畸作用,给药简单,应用安全,在产科领域受到广泛重视。

Progress of Complication Related to High Hemagglutination Hyper-coagulation in Gestation Period

High Hemagglutination in late trimester of pregnancy is a physiolgical phenomena,but it can result in many complications in obstetrics,such as anti phospholipid syndrome(APL)、gestational hypertension,placental abruption、placental infarction、fetal growth restriction、habitual abortion、pregnant loss and so on.The researches showed that heprinar can cure various kinds of related complications resulting from high hemagglutination effectively.It is attracting more attention in obstetrics because of its non-passing placenta,no teratogenic effect,easy administration and safey application.
