幽门螺杆菌与消化系统疾病关系的研究进展

幽门螺杆菌(Hp)是一种寄生于胃黏膜的致病菌,既往大量研究已经证实Hp能够通过多种机制引发慢性胃炎及消化性溃疡。在Hp与消化系统的其他常见疾病关系的研究中表明,Hp是胃癌、原发性肝癌、大肠癌、功能性胃肠病的致病因素;可能是炎症性肠病的保护因素;对于食管癌及胃食管反流病,Hp与其之间的关系尚不确定,存在不同的观点。该文就Hp与以上消化系统疾病之间的关系进行流行病学及发病机制等方面予以综述,以便临床上更系统的治疗消化系统疾病。

Research Progress on the Relationship between Helicobacter Pylori and Digestive System Diseases

Helicobacter pylori （Hp） is a pathogen parasitizing in the gastric mucosa, a large number of studies have confirmed that Hp cart cause chronic gastritis and peptic ulcer through a variety of mechanisms. It is indicated in the studies of the relationships between Hp and other digestive system diseases that Hp is a risk factor of gastric cancer, primary hepatocellular carcinoma, colorectal cancer and functional gastrointestinal disorders, and it may be a protective factor in inflammatory bowel disease, while its correlation with esophageal carcinoma and gastroesephageal reflux disease still remains uncertain and controversial. Here is to make a review of the relationship between Hp and digestive system diseases from the aspects of epidemiology and pathogenesis,in order to seek more systematic clinical treatment method for digestive system diseases.
