α平滑肌肌动蛋白、波形蛋白与陷窝蛋白1在乳腺癌组织中的表达及临床意义

摘    要:目的观察α平滑肌肌动蛋白、波形蛋白与陷窝蛋白1在乳腺癌间质和正常乳腺组织中的表达变化。方法收集2012年1月至2013年3月在沧州市人民医院手术治疗并经病理证实的女性乳腺癌患者60例纳入病例组,选择同期乳腺活检的女性正常乳腺组织30例纳入对照组。采用免疫组织化学的方法检测两组间α平滑肌肌动蛋白、波形蛋白与陷窝蛋白的表达变化。结果α平滑肌肌动蛋白、波形蛋白与陷窝蛋白1在正常乳腺组织及乳腺癌间质中阳性表达率分别为:0 vs73.4%、10.0%vs 61.2%、76.7%vs 60.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);三种标志物在不同年龄、组织学分型、临床分期及有无淋巴结转移的患者中表达水平均有不同,差异有统计学意义。结论α平滑肌肌动蛋白、波形蛋白在乳腺癌进展过程中表达逐渐增高,而陷窝蛋白1则呈现负性表达的趋势,提示三者在乳腺癌浸润和转移过程中起重要作用。早期乳腺癌监测此三项指标有助于乳腺癌危险度分级。

Study on the Expression of α-SMA,Vimentin and Caveolin-1 in Breast Cancer and Its Clinical Significance

Abstract:Objective To study the expression changes of α-SMA,Vimentin and Caveolin-1 in breast cancer and normal breast tissue. Methods A total of 60 cases of patients with breast cancer who were treated by surgery and confirmed by pathology in Cangzhou People's Hospital from Jan. 2012 to Mar. 2013 were selected as the breast cancer group,and another 30 cases of patients underwent breast biopsy with normal breast tissue during the same period were selected as the control group. The expression of α-SMA,Vimentin and Caveolin-1 of the two groups were detected by immunohistochemistry method. Results The expression rates of α-SMA,Vimentin and Caveolin-1 in breast cancer group were 73. 4%,61. 2% and 60. 0% respectively,while those of the control group were 0,10. 0% and 76. 7%. The differences were statistically significant( P 0. 05). In the aspect of different age group,organizational credit type,clinical stage and lymph node metastasis,the expression rates of those three markers had statistically significant differences. Conclusion The expression of α-SMA and Vimentin is gradually increasing in the procession of breast cancer,while the expression of Caveolin-1 has a decreasing trend,which indicates the three markers play an important role in the infiltration and metastasis of breast cancer. Early detection of the three markers contributes to the diagnosis and classification of breast cancer.
