摘    要:局部亚低温疗法是一种运用物理降温方法将患者治疗区体温降到预期水平,从而治疗疾病的一种临床方法。由于脑出血致残率和病死率极高,严重影响患者的预后和生活质量且尚无有效的治疗措施,因此越来越受到临床医师的关注。近几年国内外动物实验都证实,局部亚低温对于减轻脑水肿、保护血脑屏障的完整性是一种有效的治疗方法,它可以通过增加紧密连接蛋白的表达、抑制炎性因子的释放而起到保护作用。

Study on the Effect of Local Mild Hypothermia on the Blood Brain Barrier after Cerebral Hemor- rhage in Rats

Abstract:Local mild hypothermia is a clinical treatment method that lowers the temperature of the treatment area by physical cooling so as to cure the disease. Cerebral hemorrhage is a frequently-occurring disease of neurology and neuresurgery, with high morbidity and moRality,it seriously influences on patient's quality of life and prognosis, besides, there is no effective treatment method for it currently, therefore,it has increasingly drawn the attention of clinicians. In recent years, animal experiments worldwide have confirmed that local mild hypothermia can reduce brain oodema and protect the integrity of the blood-brain barrier,as a result,it is an effective treatment method that can increase tight junction to the expression of the proteins, and inhibite inflammatory factor so as to play a protective role.
