急诊内科治疗急性胰腺炎的临床治疗分析

目的分析急诊内科治疗急性胰腺炎的临床疗效。方法将保定市第一中心医院于2010年4月至2011年10月治疗的98例急性胰腺炎患者依据随机数字表法分为两组：采用常规综合治疗49例（常规综合组）；在常规综合治疗的基础上进行内科治疗49例（综合内科组）。观察比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果综合内科组痊愈34例、有效12例、无效3例，总有效率为93．8％；常规综合组痊愈27例、有效13例、无效9例，总有效率为81．6％，综合内科组临床疗效显著优于常规综合组（P〈0．05）。结论对患有急性胰腺炎的患者使用综合内科治疗效果显著，值得在临床医学中推广。

Clinical Analysis of Emergency Internal Medicine Treatment for Acute Pancreatitis

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of the internal medicine treatment for acute pan- croatitis in the emergency. Methods In Baoding First Central Hospital from Apr. 2010 to Oct. 2011,98 cases of patients suffering from acute pancreatitis were divided into two groups according to random number table method ： the routine therapy group of 49 cases, and the internal medicine group, the routine thcrpay group used surgical treatment, while the internal medicine group was added internal medicine treatment of the basis of the routine therpay. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results The internal medicine group：34 cases fully recovered, effective in 1：2 cases, 3 cases invalid, the total effective rate was 93.8% ; the routine therapy group corresponding number were 27 cases, 13 cases,9 cases, and the total effective rate was 81.6%. The clinical efficacy of the internal medicine group was better than the routine therapy group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Comprehensive internal medicine is significantly effective for acute pancreatitis patients,which is worthy of promotion in cfinical.
