沧州市农村居民慢性肾脏病流行病学调查

目的探讨沧州市农村慢性肾脏病(CKD)的患病率及危险因素。方法对沧州市青县和沧县8个自然村的2863例20岁以上的常住居民进行问卷调查、肾脏损伤指标及相关危险因素检测。结果在2754例资料完整的调查对象中,血尿和(或)白细胞尿的患病率为8.86%,蛋白尿的患病率为1.56%,肾功能下降的患病率为2.65%。该人群中CKD的患病率为9.84%,知晓率为8.3%,治疗率为8.31%。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,高血压、糖尿病和年龄与蛋白尿的发生独立相关,肾功能下降还与高胆固醇、高三酰甘油血症和体质量指数相关。结论沧州市农村CKD的患病率较高,且呈逐年增高趋势,但未引起人们的注意,知晓率和治疗率较西方国家低。CKD相关危险因素包括糖尿病、血压及年龄。

Surveying the Epidemiology of Chronic Kidney Disease of Cangzhou Rural Residents

Objective To explore the morbidity rate and risk factors of chronic kidney disease ( CKD) of rural residents in Cangzhou country. Methods Using questionnaire to surveying 2,863 inhabitants who were above 20 years old in Qingxian and eight villeges of Cangzhou,the content includs the index of kidney damage and the detection of risk factors. Results The morbidity rate of cruenturesis or leucocy- turia is 8. 86% ,the morbidity rate of albuminuria is 1. 56% ,the morbidity rate of renal funtion decline is 2. 65% in 2,754 full informations. Among these people,the morbidity rate of CKD is 9. 84% ,the aware- ness is 8. 3% ,and the heal rate is 8. 31% . Multivariate analysis showed that the hypertension and glycuresis was connected with the independent occurrence of age and albuminuria,the renal function decline was connected with the high cholesterol,triglyeride and body mass index. Conclusion The morbidity rate of CKD was 9. 84% in rural residents,and increased year by year,the risk factors include glycuresis、blood pressure and age,etc. which was similar to developed country,the awareness and morbidity rate was lower than the western countries.
