| 摘 要： | 细胞衰老的机制主要包括外在的氧化应激理论和内在的基因调控理论。近年来,活性氧簇引发细胞衰老的途径以及p16、p53/p21等衰老相关基因的表达调节的研究取得了突出进展,进一步阐述了细胞衰老的机制。随着对细胞衰老认识的加深,细胞衰老与个体衰老、肿瘤发生的关系及细胞衰老更深刻的意义等课题,也引起了越来越多的科学研究的注意。
