| 摘 要： | 胃癌多药耐药(MDR)是肿瘤化疗失败的常见原因。中药及其复方制剂由于多种活性成分并存,能通过多种途径、多个靶点在肿瘤的治疗中发挥作用,成为抗肿瘤药物研究的热点领域。虽然,目前已经发现有许多单味中药提取物和复方中药注射液能逆转胃癌MDR,但是主要以体外实验为主,且多以现代耐药理论为依据。进一步探讨中药逆转胃癌细胞MDR的机制,有助于为临床选择有效的抗胃癌MDR中药提供依据。

| Abstract: | Gastric cancer multidrug resistance(MDR) was a common cause of cancer chemotherapy failure.A variety of traditional Chinese medicine and its active ingredient compound coexist,through various channels and targets,played a role in tumor therapy and became a hot research field of anticancer drugs.Although,now there have many single herb extracts and compound Chinese medicine injection which can reverse cancer MDR,but mainly based in vitro experiment,and based on the modern resistant theory.Further exploration... |
