| 摘 要： | 目的探讨食管癌、胃癌、肝癌三种消化道恶性肿瘤小肠细菌过生长(SIBO)的情况。方法将168例消化道恶性肿瘤患者分为食管癌组、胃癌组、肝癌组三组,通过葡萄糖氢呼气试验(GHBT)分别检测其SIBO情况,并与健康对照组进行组间比较分析。结果三组消化道恶性肿瘤患者与健康对照组的SIBO阳性率及试餐后呼气氢浓度比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。肝癌组患者的SIBO阳性率及试餐后呼气氢浓度较食管癌组和胃癌组明显增高,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论消化道恶性肿瘤患者容易发生SIBO,特别是肝癌患者尤为明显,通过呼气氢浓度检测,可及时诊断SIBO,有利于解释疾病的部分临床症状,指导调整治疗用药。
