老年甲状腺功能亢进性心脏病14例误诊分析

目的探讨老年甲状腺功能亢进性心脏病(简称老年甲亢心)的误诊、漏诊原因。方法对我院2008年2月至2010年4月共14例误诊为甲亢心患者的临床特点及实验室检查结果进行总结,分析误诊、漏诊原因。结果临床表现不典型、认识不足及理化检查不全面是误诊、漏诊的主要原因。结论老年甲亢心,由于其甲状腺功能亢进表现不明显,极易造成误诊、漏诊,要早行甲状腺功能检查,以降低误诊率。
