| 摘 要： | 目的探讨肺岩宁方为基础的膏方制剂对荷瘤鼠抗肿瘤活性及免疫功能的影响。方法以C57BL/6小鼠Lewis肺癌为模型,随机分为膏方组、辅料方组、生理盐水组,每组11只,给药10d后检测各组C57BL/6荷瘤小鼠的体质量,瘤重,肺转移灶数,肺转移发生率,脾指数及胸腺指数。结果肺岩宁膏方能明显减少C57BL/6Lewis肺癌荷瘤小鼠的肺转移灶数,降低肺转移的发生率(P<0.05);显著提高荷瘤小鼠的免疫功能,使小鼠的体质量、脾指数、胸腺指数均明显高于空白组(P<0.05);但三组间瘤重无明显差异。结论肺岩宁膏方能够明显提高Lewis肺癌荷瘤小鼠的免疫功能,对Lewis肺癌转移有一定抑制作用,但对Lewis肺癌皮下移植瘤无明显抑制作用。
