| 摘 要： | 目的探讨支气管哮喘患儿血清中白细胞介素(IL)17、白三烯B4(LTB4)的水平。方法 60例急性发作期哮喘患儿,根据哮喘的程度分为轻、中、重度3个组(各20例),选择同期体检的健康儿童28例作为对照组。采用ELISA法检测血清中IL-17、LTB4的水平。结果 60例急性发作期哮喘患儿IL-17及LTB4的平均水平均高于对照组(P<0.01)。不同程度的哮喘患儿IL-17及LTB4水平比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。直线相关分析表明,哮喘急性发作期患儿IL-17与LTB4的表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论哮喘患儿IL-17与LTB4的水平均升高,其水平高低与病情严重程度有关。
