| 摘 要： | 磁共振成像(MRI)是前列腺癌(PCa)术前检查较理想的方法,在术前分期和监测方面具有重要作用。目前磁共振弥散张量成像(DTI)已成为近年来前列腺功能成像的研究热点,DTI可提供PCa早期功能改变的信息,并直观显示前列腺纤维走形。现综述MRI对PCa诊断的研究现状,重点介绍DTI对PCa的研究现状和进展。
