| 摘 要： | CD138(Syndecan-1)是一种细胞黏附分子,具有促进细胞增殖、细胞-基质及细胞-细胞黏附等多种功能,CD138分子的表达在控制恶性肿瘤细胞生长和转移过程中具有重要作用,其在多种恶性肿瘤中的表达明显缺失,可作为判断肿瘤预后的指标,本文主要阐述CD138的分子生物学特性及其与头颈肿瘤转移的相关性研究进展。

| Abstract: | As a cell adhesion molecule,CD138 (Syndecan-1) may promote cell proliferation,cell-cell and cell-matrix adhesion.CD138 plays an important role in the acquisition of invasive and metastatic proprieties by malignant neoplasm cells.Significant loss of Syndecan-1 expression had been reported to be related to invasion and metastasis for varied malignant tumor cell.This article reviewed the molecular characteristics of CD138 and its correlation with metastases in head and neck neoplasm. |
