血管性认知障碍研究进展

血管性认知障碍是指所有的血管因素导致的从轻度认知障碍到痴呆的一大类综合征。现从概念及意义、分类、流行病学研究与转归、相关因素、病理生理、发病机制、预防和治疗等方面综述血管性认知障碍的研究进展,为降低血管性认知障碍发生率,预防和治疗血管性认知障碍,提高血管性认知障碍患者的生活质量提供理论依据。

Development of Researches on Vascular Cognitive Impairment

With the thorough study on dementia,vascular cognitive impairment(VCI)has become a focus of attention in neurological sciences.Studies in recent years have suggested that vascular cognitive impairment is a continuum ranging from early cognitive impairment to dementia caused by cerebral vascular diseases.This paper reviews the development from the aspects of the concept and significance,classification,epidemiological studies and outcome,relevant factors,pathophysiology,mechanisms,the prevention and management,so as to reduce the incidence of VCI,prevent and treat VCI,and improve the quality of life for VCI patients.
