儿童代谢综合征与糖皮质激素关系研究进展

儿童代谢综合征主要表现为腹型肥胖、糖耐量异常或糖尿病、高血压、脂质代谢异常等,与糖皮质激素分泌过多所致的库欣综合征有类似特征。越来越多的研究提示下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺轴的调控异常及糖皮质激素的代谢参与了代谢综合征的发生、发展。近年来,随着分子生物学等领域的迅猛发展,关于糖皮质激素的代谢及调控研究也逐步深入。

Study for Relationship between Children Metabolic Syndrome and Glucocorticoid

Metabolic syndrome is mainly seen as abdominal obesity,impaired glucose tolerance or diabetes mellitus,hypertension,lipid metabolism disorders,it has too many similar characteristics with Cushing's syndrome which is caused by excessive secretion of glucocorticoid.More and more studies suggest that hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis and abnormal regulation of glucocorticoid metabolism is involved in the occurrence and development of metabolism syndrome.In recent years,with rapid development of molecular biology and other fields,the study between metabolism syndrome and regulation of glucocorticoid have been gradually deepened.
