亚健康人群易发疾病体质基因检测标准化研究设想与展望

从亚健康状态界定和亚健康人群筛查的研究思路入手,提出"三步法"研究亚健康人群易发疾病体质基因检测标准化方案,研发中医体质基因分析软件和基于疾病发生的亚健康人群中医体质基因芯片。建立重点亚健康人群预警监测平台,为中医药综合调理亚健康状态提供科学、可靠的评价依据。建立全国示范性亚健康研究与技术推广应用基地,深化学科的内涵建设,带动相关产品的技术升级和产业的可持续发展,探索构建中医特色预防保健服务体系下的亚健康服务模式。

Vision and Prospects for Standard Disease-prone Gene Constitution Test of-Sub-health People

Beginning with the definition of sub-health state and the screening of sub-health population,a standard three-step scheme to study the disease-prone gene constitution testing among sub-health people was put forward,developing a TCM physical gene analysis software and a TCM physical genetic chip based on the disease incidence of sub-health people.The establishment of precaution testing platform for sub-health people can provide a scientific and reliable evaluation basis for comprehensive TCM conditioning of sub-health state.It also discusses how to build a demonstrative base of studying and spreading sub-health technology on a national scale so as to deepen the discipline connotation building,drive technological upgrade and the sustainable development of its products,and to explore the establishment of a sub-health service model under TCM characteristic healthcare service system.
