全身热疗的研究进展

全身热疗是继手术、放疗、化疗和免疫生物疗法之后肿瘤治疗的又一手段。研究表明,当全身温度都升高到41.8～42.0℃时,通过热作用可以选择性的杀灭肿瘤细胞,并控制肿瘤细胞的广泛转移。全身热疗能与放化疗产生协同效应,其在肿瘤综合治疗中发挥重要作用。近年来,出现了大量关于全身热疗在恶性肿瘤治疗中应用的研究,尤其在晚期恶性肿瘤或难治性肿瘤治疗方面取得了明显的疗效。其中一些研究已进入了Ⅲ期临床试验。本文就全身热疗的研究进展予以综述。

Research Progress of Whole Body Hyperthermia

Whale body hyperthermia is another means to treat cancer after surgical treatment, chemotherapy,radiotherapy and biological immunotherapy. Results of researches indicate that when the temperature of the body reaches to 41.8 -42.0℃ the effect of heating will kill tumor cells and control the wide metastasis of tumor cells. Whole body hyperthermia may have synergistic effects with radiotherapy and chemotherapy and play vital roles in combined therapy for tumour. There were a lot of researches on the application of whole body hyperthermia in the treatment of malignant tumors in recent years, especially in the treatment of advanced cancer and refractory tumors. Some of these researches had entered phase Ⅲ clinical trials. The article reviews research progress of whole body hyperthermia.
