渗出性中耳炎与免疫学的关系

渗出性中耳炎是一个多因素介导的、以传导性聋为主要特征的中耳疾病。目前对其病因及其发病机制尚未清楚,可能与咽鼓管功能不全、变态反应及感染因素有关。免疫学的病因在一些实验中逐渐被证明。本文将从变态反应,腺样体功能及细胞因子等多方角度,对渗出性中耳炎的免疫学病因及免疫治疗的研究情况予以综述。

Relationship between Exudative Otitis and Immunology

Exudative otitis is a middle ear disease with its main feature of conducting hearing loss mediated by many factors. At present,its etiology and pathogenesis are not very clear, which maybe related to Eustachian tube dysfunction, allergy and infection. Some etiology in immunology is being testified little by little. This article reviews this disease about its immunal etiology and immunotherapy.
