中枢性协调障碍早期干预的研究

中枢性协调障碍发病率有逐年上升趋势,如未得到及时有效治疗,可危害小儿健康,神经发育学脑的可塑性理论,为其进行早期干预治疗奠定了神经解剖学基础,采取药物治疗、运动疗法、作业疗法、水疗法等综合治疗方法,进行早期干预,可明显抑制异常姿势和异常肌张力的发展,促进正常运动功能的形成和发育,明显提高正常化率,防止病情进一步加重,故有效的早期干预是中枢性协调障碍正常化的关键,也是预防脑性瘫痪的关键。

The Study of Early Intervention to Infants with Central Dystaxia

Central coordination disturbace is a kind of disease which has an increasing incidence and will do harm to chindren′s health if it can not be treated effectively.The theory of brain plasticity in nerve auxology provides the basis of neuroanatomy for its early intervention,in which the combined therapy includes medication,kinetotherapy,occupational therapy,hydropathy,can inhibit the development of abnormal stance and muscular tention obviously,promote the formation and development of normal motor function,improve the ratio of normalization,prevent the further aggravation of pathogenetic condition.so the effective early intervention is not only the key to make the dystaxia normalization,but also the key to prevent cerebral palsy.
