| 摘 要： | 脂联素作为肥胖患者中第一个下调的脂肪细胞因子,是所有脂肪细胞因子中惟一的负性调节激素,具有降糖、增加胰岛素敏感性、抗炎和抗动脉粥样硬化等作用,脂联素的这些效应必须通过脂联素受体AdipoRl和AdipoR2的介导来完成。对脂联素及其受体调节因素的进一步研究可为其相关疾病的防治提供一条新的思路。

| Abstract: | Adiponectin,the first down regulating fat cell cytokine,is the only down-regulation hormone in all fat cell cytokines,which has anti-diabetic,insulin-sensitizing,anti-inflammatory and anti-atherogenic effects,these effects must be mediated by its receptors including AdipoRl and AdipoR2.Further researching of adiponectin and its receptors may offer a new alternative of related diseases in their prevention and cure. |
