| 摘 要： | 炎性肠病是一种慢性非特异性肠道炎性疾病,包括溃疡性结肠炎和克罗恩病,在世界各国普遍流行,近年来其发病率有逐渐升高的趋势。炎性肠病病因尚不十分清楚,目前所广泛接受的危险因素包括遗传、牛奶及油炸饮食、吸烟、饮酒、精神紧张、麻疹疫苗接种、阑尾切除术等,本文综述了这些因素在炎性肠病发生发展过程中的作用。

| Abstract: | chronic intestinal inflammation disease,including Ulcerative colitis and Crohn＇s disease, which is popular around the world with rising prevalence. At present, the etiology is not clear yet inheritance, smoking, food, appendectomy, psychic tension and some otheres were regarded as risk factors for IBS by most of research workers. This article summarized the roles of various risk factors in occurrence and development of IBD. |
