胰腺癌的外科姑息治疗

外科姑息治疗的目的主要是减轻肿瘤相关症状,如黄疸、消化道梗阻和疼痛等。姑息治疗一般由介入科、肿瘤内科或其他专业的医师完成,但随着外科技术、经验的逐步增加,在晚期胰腺癌的姑息治疗中,外科治疗已经具有相当重要的地位。目前有积极的观点认为,在胰腺癌的治疗中,首先应选择外科治疗,手术中判断肿瘤的可切除性,如肿瘤不可切除,则进行姑息手术,缓解或预防肿瘤引起的相应症状,并为以后的治疗奠定基础。

Surgery Palliative Therapy in Pancreatic Cancer

The aim of palliative strategies in patients with pancreatic cancer is the relief of tumor-associated symptoms such as biliary and duodenal obstruction and tumor growth. Palliative treatment of patients with advanced pancreatic cancer is mainly in the hand of other doctors instead of surgery. In recent years, sur- gery technique developed strongly, which makes it available option even in the treatment of advanced disease. The aggressive strategy in the treatment of pancreatic cancer is that surgery is the first choice in the therapy. If the tumor had been found unresectable in exploration, palliative surgery should be performed to build the basis of the following therapy.
