| 摘 要： | 鉴别簇44(CD44)是一类重要的尚未归类的黏附分子,广泛分布于细胞表面,是细胞与细胞、细胞与细胞外基质相互识别和作用的分子基础。CD44又是一种特异性淋巴细胞归巢受体,在多种高转移性肿瘤细胞上表达,CD44阳性的瘤细胞可能因获得类似淋巴细胞成分的伪装,而容易进入淋巴结形成转移灶。CD44基因与许多肿瘤的浸润和转移有关,其在乳腺癌细胞表面的异常表达,与乳腺癌的浸润和转移亦有着密切的关系。

| Abstract: | CD44,an important uncategorized adhesion molecule widely distributed on the cell surface,is the molecular basis of cellular adhesion and interaction in cell to cell and cell to extracellular matrix(ECM).CD44 is also a special lymphocyte homing receptor which can be expressed in many kinds of highly metastatic tumor cells,meanwhile they also showed that CD44-positive tumor cells incline to form metastasis in lymph node for the possible reason that the tumor cells acquire the lymphocyte-like component.CD44 gene is associated with invasion and metastasis of many tumors including breast cancer.Here is to make a review on the research situation of CD44 in breast cancer. |
