原发脑肿瘤患者焦虑抑郁的调查分析

目的调查分析原发脑肿瘤患者的焦虑、抑郁程度,分析影响脑肿瘤患者焦虑、抑郁心理的主要因素,从而采取有效措施提高患者的生活质量和存活时间。方法采用Zung焦虑评定量表(SAS)及抑郁评定量表(SDS)对2010年5月至2011年4月北京天坛医院神经外科收治的109例原发脑肿瘤患者术前的抑郁、焦虑状态进行自评测查,分析其焦虑、抑郁是否与年龄、性别、婚姻状况、教育程度、医疗保险类别、肿瘤位置、肿瘤病理类型有关。结果中年已婚的女性患者比其他患者更易发生焦虑、抑郁;高学历患者、丘脑及胼胝体肿瘤患者和胶质瘤患者较易发生焦虑、抑郁。结论医护人员应该重视有焦虑、抑郁症状的脑肿瘤患者。

Survey and Analysis of Anxiety or Depression of Primary Brain Tumor Patients

Objective To analyze the anxiety and depression degree of primary brain tumor patients,and find out the influencing factors of anxiety or depression of these patients,and hopefully to improve patient′s life quality and overall survival.Methods Zung self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)were adopted to evaluate the anxiety or depression condition of 109 primary brain tumor patients who were admitted to neurosurgery department of Tiantan hospital from May 2010 to April 2011.The relationship between the anxiety or depression condition with patient′s age,sex,marriage,education background,medical insurance category,tumor location and tumor pathology type were analyzed.Results The middle-aged married women of primary brain tumor patients were more easily to have depression or anxiety symptoms than other patients;patients of higher education,and patients with the type of glioma and the location of hypothalamus or corpus callosum were more easily to have depression or anxiety,too.Conclusion Doctors and nurses should pay much attention to the primary brain tumor patients with anxiety or depression symptoms.
