364例住院疗养患者消化系统疾病构成分析

目的分析住院疗养的男性消化系统疾病的分布特点。方法收集2006～2010年住疗养院确诊为消化系统疾病的364例男性患者的一般资料,按ICD-10编制的消化系统疾病谱,将364例住院疗养患者的消化系统疾病构成进行分析。结果消化系统疾病构成依次为慢性胃炎、胆囊切除术后综合征、痔疮、脂肪肝和胆囊结石伴胆囊炎等。年龄分布表明,40～79岁期间随着年龄的增加消化系统疾病发生率明显升高,且呈正相关(r=7.627,P<0.01)。结论男性消化系统疾病分布存在年龄差异,随着年龄增长,消化道统疾病有增加趋势,提示应加强老年人消化系统疾病的防治。

Analysis on the Constituent Ratio of Digestive Diseases of 364 Hospitalized Patients

Objective To analyze the distribution features of digestive diseases of men inpatients.Methods Medical records of 364 male patients with digestive diseases admitted to the sanatorium during 2006-2010 were collected.The digestive diseases composition of the 364 inpatients was analyzed by ICD-10 digestive system disease spectrum.Results The compositions of digestive diseases were chronic gastritis,cholecystectomy syndrome,hemorrhoids,fatty liver and gallstones with cholecystitis in descending order.Age distribution showed that the incidence increased with age significantly in the range of 40-79,which was positively correlated(r=7.627,P<0.01).Conclusion The results show that there are differences in the distribution of digestive diseases in men of different ages,digestive system disease sees an increasing trend with the age,suggesting that the prevention and treatment of digestive diseases should be strengthened in the elderly.
