子宫动脉化疗栓塞治疗剖宫产后子宫瘢痕妊娠28例分析

目的探讨子宫动脉化疗栓塞治疗剖宫产后子宫瘢痕妊娠的应用价值。方法 28例剖宫产后子宫瘢痕妊娠患者行双侧子宫动脉内甲氨蝶呤化疗及新鲜的明胶海绵颗粒栓塞治疗后1周内清宫术,观察治疗效果及并发症。结果 28例患者治愈出院,清宫术中平均出血量(22.56±3.08)mL,未出现需特殊处理的药物及栓塞并发症。结论子宫动脉化疗栓塞治疗剖宫产后子宫瘢痕妊娠安全、有效,值得推广。

Treatment of Cesarean Scar Pregnancy by Uterine Arterial Chemoembolization in 28 Cases

Objective To explore the value of using uterine arterial chemoembolization in cesarean scar pregnancy.Methods 28 patients with cesarean scar pregnancy disease were treated by uterine arterial chemoembolization,bilateral uterine artery chemotherapy with methotrexate and embolization with fresh gelatin sponge particles,and then were treated by uterine curettage within 1 week.Treatment effects and complications were observed.Results 28 patients were cured,An average hemorrhage volume was(22.56±3.08)mL in the process of uterine curettage,and no drug/embolic associated complications requiring special treatment occurred.Conclusion The uterine arterial chemoembolization is a safe and effective treatment for Cesarean scar pregnancy,thus is worthy of promotion.
