| 摘 要： | 抑郁障碍与乳腺癌的关系已成为医学界关注的新热点,由于心理因素有着不可控的局限性,动物抑郁模型的建立在疾病的研究进展中具有重要作用。该文总结了近年来肿瘤相关抑郁模型的制备及评价方法,探讨5-羟色胺在抑郁障碍发生过程中的作用,以期为寻找抑郁障碍型乳腺癌新的治疗靶点奠定基础。

| Abstract: | The relationship between depressive disorders and breast cancer has become a new hot spot in the medical field, given the limitations that psychological factors are not controllable, animal depression model plays an important role in the research progress of the disease. Here is to summarize the methods of prepara- tion and evaluation of tumor-associated depression model in recent years, and to explore the role of serotonin （5-HT） in the course of depressive disorder, laying the foundation for new therapeutie targets for depressive disorder type breast cancer. |
