针刀治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床探索

神经根型颈椎病多见于中老年人,常常由于不良体位、劳损等原因所致。外力造成颈椎生物力学平衡失调,使得颈椎周围软组织变性、粘连、变硬、钙化,从而压迫颈椎的颈神经根和血管,这是神经根型颈椎病发病的根本原因。针刀治疗颈椎病的机制为松解肌粘连,解除对神经的压迫、刺激,重新建立颈椎生物力学平衡。临床报告针刀治疗神经根型颈椎病较传统疗法好,这一疗法不足之处是执业人员科研意识较低,总体科研水平有待提高。
