曲美他嗪治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭84例疗效观察

目的观察曲美他嗪治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭的疗效及安全性。方法慢性充血性心力衰竭患者84例,随机分为对照组和治疗组。对照组给予常规抗心力衰竭治疗;治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用曲美他嗪20 mg,3次/d,两组疗程均为6个月。观察两组治疗前后临床疗效、左心室舒张末内径、左心室射血分数、左心室收缩末期内径及药物不良反应等。结果治疗6个月后,治疗组显效19例,有效20例,无效3例;对照组显效11例,有效16例,无效15例。两组疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组左心室舒张末内径、左心室射血分数、左心室收缩末期内径间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗组发生药物不良反应少而轻微。结论慢性充血性心力衰竭者长期服用曲美他嗪可使心功能改善,安全有效。
