| 摘 要： | 目的探讨脑囊虫病脑脊液特异IgG4阳性强度与神经组织影像学表现的相关性。方法对36例脑囊虫病患者进行脑脊液IgG4定性测定及神经影像学检查。结果36例病人中,IgG4强阳性6例（16.7%）,阳性11例（30.6%）,弱阳性10例（27.8%）,阴性9例（25%）。脑囊虫影像学不同时期患者脑脊液IgG4阳性强度测定表明活虫期、变性死亡早期、变性死亡后期和钙化期之间IgG4阳性强度存在显著差异（P〈0.01）。结论脑囊虫病人脑脊液特异IgG4与神经影像学表现具有一定的关系。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the expression of the correlation specific IgG4 of CSF and neuroimaging in neurocysticercosis. Methods 36 patients of neurocysticercosis were given qualitative test of IgG4 in CSF and neuroimaging test. Results In 36 cases, 6 cases showed strong positive of IgG4 （16. 7% ） ,11 cases positive of IgG4 （30. 6% ） ,10 cases weak positive of IgG4 （27. 8% ） ,9 cases negative of IgG4 （25%）. The specific IgG4 of intensity in different stages of neurocysticercosis had statistical significance. Conclusion The specific IgG4 of CSF and neuroimaging in neurocysticercosis has dependability. |
