当归精油治疗痛经的机制研究

目的：探讨当归精油治疗痛经的机制。方法：采用实验性大鼠子宫炎症模型，观察大鼠口服当归精油的抗炎作用。用放射免疫法及化学分析法分别检测大鼠口服当归精油后血液雌、孕激素及子宫平滑肌PGF2a及PGE2含量的变化。结果：当归精油能降低子宫炎症时其平滑肌上PGE2的含量，亦能降低大鼠子宫平滑肌上PGF2a的含量。当归精油能升高血清孕激素的水平，而对雌激素却无明显影响。结论：当归精油降低子宫平滑肌上PGF2a和PGE2的含量及升高体内孕激素水平等途径缓解痛经症状。

Mechanism research of effects of the essential oil of Angelica sinensis on dysmenorrhea

Objective ： To investigate the mechanisms of effects of the essential oil of Angelica sinensis on dysmenorrhea. Methods： Anti-inflammatory action was examined with the models of the experimental inflammatory uteri in rats. The influence on the concentrations of PGF2, and PGE2 in the uterine smooth muscle was measured. The levels of serum estradiol, progesterone in rats were determined by radioimmunoassay. Results： The data showed that the essential oil of Angelica sinensis could alleviate inflammation of uterus in rats. It reduced PGF2a and PGE2 concentrations in uterine smooth muscle of rats. The essential oil of Angelica sinensis increased serum progesterone level in rats, but had no significant effect on estradiol level. Conclusion ：The essential oil of Angelica sinensis could reduce PGF2a and PGE2 concentrations in uterus smooth muscle, and increase the serum progesterone level. These effects may play important roles in treating dysmenorrhea.
