盆腔脓肿32例诊治分析

目的:探讨盆腔脓肿的诊断与治疗方法。方法:通过对32例盆腔脓肿的回顾性分析,总结盆腔脓肿的临床表现、诊断、鉴别诊断、如何运用抗生素及治疗原则。结果:32例手术患者经病理诊断:输卵管卵巢脓肿24例,子宫内膜异位症合并巧克力囊肿破裂继发感染盆腔脓肿形成3例,卵巢脓肿3例,阑尾脓肿破裂继发盆腔脓肿2例。32例手术治疗患者手术切口均期愈合,痊愈出院。结论:盆腔脓肿的治疗原则为控制感染,防止复发,目前仍以手术治疗为主。

Diagnosis and treatment of pelvic abscess

Objective：To study the diagnosis and treatment of pelvic abscess in patients.Methods：We retrospectively investigated 32 cases of pelvic abscess from 2005 to 2009 and summarized the clinical manifestations of pelvic abscess,diagnosis,differential diagnosis,how to use antibiotics and treatment principles.Results：32 cases of patients by pathological diagnosis：24 cases of tubal ovarian abscess,endometriosis combined chocolate cyst rupture secondary infection of pelvic abscess formation in 3 cases,ovarian abscess3 cases,and 2 cases of pelvic abscess secondary to appendicular abscess rupture.32 cases of surgical treatment in patients with stageⅠincisions were healed,cured and discharged.Conclusion：The principles of treatment in pelvic abscess is control of infection,relapse prevention.Surgical is currently still the main treatment.
