肝泡型棘球蚴病结节与肝癌结节声像图鉴别的探讨

目的 :提高对肝泡型棘球蚴病结节和肝癌结节的鉴别诊断。方法 :对比分析经手术病理、穿刺活检证实、CT、MRI检查印证及血清 AFP、Em2免疫试验阳性的声像图资料。结果 :肝泡型棘球蚴病结节具有表面粗糙、边缘模糊、无包膜感、回声高强、质地不均、砂样钙化、内无血流和动态观察变化不大等声像图特点。结论 :肝泡型棘球蚴病结节的声像图表现具有特征性 ,这些特征易与肝癌结节相鉴别

Differential diagnosis of the nodes of hepatic alveolar hydatidosis and hepatic cancer

Objective: To increase differential diagnosis of the nodes of hepatic alveolar hydatidosis and hepatic cancer. Methods: The ultrasonographic data of two groups confirmed by operation, pathology, CT, MRI and positive serum AFP and Em2 specific antigen were analysed. Results: According to the sonograms, the nodes of hepatic alveolar hydatidosis showed rough surface, unclear edges, no capsule sign, increased echogenicity, heterogeneous solid, sandy calcification, no blood signal and no obvious change with dynamic observation etc.Conclusion: Ultrasonographic characteristics of the nodes of hepatic alveolar hydatidosis are different from those of the nodes of hepatic cancer. They are helpful to differential diagnosis.
