人工半髋关节置换术治疗高龄股骨粗隆间骨折30例

目的:观察75岁以上高龄股骨粗隆间骨折患者施行关节置换的临床疗效。方法:对30例高龄股骨粗隆间骨折患者采用带大转子柄的人工半髋关节置换术治疗,根据手术后功能恢复情况评价该治疗方法的临床疗效。结果:手术后平均随访13.5个月,优17例、良6例、可5例、差1例,优良率77%。结论:人工半髋关节置换术对高龄粗隆间骨折患者是一种积极有效的治疗方法,其在短时间内进行床上功能锻练,早期下地负重活动。提高了生活质量,降低并发症的发生。

Hip jointr eplacement for the treatment of senile intertrochanteric fractures

Objective: To observe the curative effects of the hip joint replacement in senile intertrochanteric fractures.Methods: From September 2004 to June 2006,30 elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture were treated with hip joint replacement.There were 19 males and 11 females,with an average age of 78.5 years ranging from 75 to 87 years.Results: All patients were followed from 6 months to 25 months with an average of 13.5 months.There were 17 excellent and 6 good results.Conclusion :Hip joint replacement is a positive and effective way in treating senile intertrochanteric fractures.It has the excellence of short time in bed,quick healing and fewer complications.
