氟康唑序贯疗法治疗白色念珠菌感染128例疗效观察

目的:观察氟康唑序贯疗法治疗白念珠菌感染的疗效及不良反应。方法:用氟康唑治疗白色念珠菌感染128例,首剂800m g静脉点滴,后1次/d 400m g静脉点滴7~14 d,改为1次/d 200m g口服,总疗程2~4周;口咽部感染配合用1∶5氟康唑溶液,每日涂擦口咽部3次,连用5~7d。结果:总有效率为90.6%,不良反应发生率为10.9%。结论:氟康唑序贯疗法治疗白色念珠菌感染疗效高,不良反应少。

Clinical observation of the fluconazole sequential therapy with candida albicans infection

Objective：To observe the treating effect and side effect of fluconazole sequential therapy in candida albicans infection.Methods：Fluconazole injections were administered in a daily dose of 400mg/7～14 days in Candida albicans infection,then fluconazole capsules were givens in a dose of 200 mg everyday.The total treating time was 2～4 weeks.The period of daubing the mouth and throat three times everyday with 1： 5 fluconazole solution was 5～7 days when the mouth and throat were infected.Results： The total effective rate was 90.6%.The incidence rate of side effects was 10.9%.Conclusion：Fluconazole Sequential Therapy is fit for candida albicans infection,it has higher curing rate,less side effects.
