| 摘 要： | 目的:建立稳定、可靠的大鼠部分肝移植动物模型。方法:在大鼠原位全肝移植实验的基础上,参照Steinbauer等的方法建立大鼠部分肝移植动物模型。对80只SD大鼠施行40例部分肝移植,并在大鼠部分肝移植的麻醉、手术操作技巧和术前、术后处理等方面进行了改进。结果:肝移植大鼠术后成活率90%,1周以上存活率60%。结论:改进后的大鼠部分肝移植模型,成活率高,重复性好,可作为部分肝移植有关实验研究的可靠、稳定的动物模型。

| Abstract: | Objective: To establish a stable and reliable rat model of the partial liver transplantation. Methods: Based on the success of orthotopic liver transplantation model, we established the rat model of the partial living donor liver transplantation with Steinbauer methods. Results :The survival rate after operation was 90%, above one week was 60%. Conclusion:The improved rat model can be used as a more reliable and stable experimental model for higher survival rate and repeatability. |
