电动刨削器鼻内窥镜下腺样体切除术83例

目的 :探讨电动刨削器在腺样体切除术中的作用。方法 :采用电动削刨器在鼻内窥镜引导下施行腺样体精确切除术 83例 ,观察手术过程、治疗后随访 3～ 6个月 ,了解治疗效果。结果 :所有患者临床症状消失 ,鼻咽部黏膜光滑 ,无腺样体残留 ,无并发症出现。结论 :该方法手术操作简便、损伤小、出血量少、精确度高 ,可有效提高治愈率 ,减少并发症

83 Cases of Resection of Adenoids with an Electric Planer under a Nasal Endoscope

Objective:To study the functions of an electric planer in the resection of adenoids. Methods: Accurate resection of adenoids with an electric planer under the guidance of a nasal endoscope. 83 cases of adenoids resection were performed. To learn the effect of the operation, the operation courses were observed and the patients were visited over a period of 3 to 6 months. Results: The clinical symptoms of all the patients disappeared and the mucous membrane of the nasopharynx was smooth with no adenoids left and no complications. Conclusion: With this method, the operation is simple with very little damage and bleeding but with high accuracy, thus effectively increasing the curative rate and reducing complications.
