| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨脑卒中与阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(OSAS)的相关性。方法:病例组入选的阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者58例,对照组选择同期、性别、年龄相匹配的健康者54例,对两组相关指标和血流变学指标进行比较,并对脑卒中发生情况进行2年的随访和相关性分析。结果:OSAS组低通气指数AHI、平均呼吸暂停时间高于对照组,血氧饱和度(SaO2)低于对照组,血流变学指标有明显差异,OSAS组脑卒中发生率高于健康对照组。结论:OSAS可引起血液流变学指标异常,脑卒中发病率上升,早期诊治睡眠呼吸暂停综合征,有助于脑卒中防治。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the relationship between stroke and obstructive sleep apnea syndrome(OSAS).Methods:OSAS group included 58 cases and control group included 54 healthy cases.Their hemorheology and other related indexes were measured,and stroke occurrence in two years was investicated.Results:OSAS group's Apnea-hypopnea index(AHI) was higher than control group,and its average apnea time longer,however,its SaO2 was lower,hemorheology index was obviously different,and stoke occurrence rate was higher.Conclusion:OSAS can lead to abnormal hemorheology index and raise stroke occurrence rate. |
