泪道激光成形术联合泪道支架植入术治疗慢性鼻泪管阻塞30例

目的:探讨Nd:YAG激光联合泪道支架植入术治疗慢性鼻泪管阻塞的疗效。方法:慢性鼻泪管阻塞患者60例随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。对照组进行泪道激光成形术治疗;治疗组采用泪道激光成形术的同时,植入泪道支架。术后均定期冲洗泪道。结果:随访12月。治疗组:治愈23眼,好转6眼,无效2眼。对照组:治愈6眼,好转13眼,无效12眼。治疗组的疗效与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:泪道激光成形术联合泪道支架植入治疗鼻泪管阻塞疗效更高,是治疗慢性鼻泪管阻塞的较好方法。

Lacrimal laser angioplasty combined the lacrimal stent implantation in the treatment of chronic nasolacrimal duct obstruction

Objective:Explore Nd:YAG laser in combination with the lacrimal stent implantation treatment of chronic nasolacrimal duct obstruction.Methods:Chronic nasolacrimal duct obstruction in 60 patients were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group of 30 cases.Control group lacrimal laser angioplasty treatment;treatment group,while laser angioplasty lacrimal stent implentation.All patients were regularly flush the tear duct.Results:Follow-up of 12 mouth,treatment group,23 were cured,improved in 6 invalid 2.The control group were cured 6,13 improved,invalid 12.The efficacy of the treatment group compared with control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:Lacrimal laser angioplasty joint lacrimal stent implantation in the treatment of nasolacrimal duct obstruction higher efficacy is a better method for the treatment of chronic nasolacrimal duct obstruction.
