摘    要:目的:观测红花黄素注射液对大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。方法:采用结扎大鼠双侧颈总动脉30 min后,恢复再灌注60 min,建立脑缺血再灌注模型,观测红花黄素注射液对脑组织含水量、脑组织匀浆中Na+及Ca2 +浓度、Glu、Asp、GABA、Gly及MDA的动态变化。结果:红花黄素注射液可明显降低缺血再灌注大鼠脑组织含水量、脑组织内Ca2 +、Glu、Asp、Gly、GABA及脂质过氧化产物丙二醛( MDA)含量。结论:红花黄素有抑制大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤作用,其机制可能与其抑制脑组织内Ca2 +及兴奋性氨基酸含量、抗脂质过氧化作用有关

Abstract:Objective: To study protective effects of safflor yellow on rats during cerebral ischemia/reperfusion. Methods: Cerebral ischemia/ reperfusion injury was produced by bilateral ligation of the common carotid arteries for 30 min and reperfusion for 60 min. Contents of water,MDA,Glu,Asp,Gly,GABA and Ca 2 and Na in brain tissue were determined . Resluts: During Cerebral ischemia/reperfusion , safflor yellow improved contents of Glu,Asp,Gly,GABA and Ca 2 and Na ,while decreasing the malondialdehyde content in the brain and brain water content. Safflor yellow had significantly scavenging effects on oxygen free radicals produced by cerebral ischemia/ reperfusion injury. Conclusions: The results indicate that safflor yellow can reduce the injury on cerebral ischemia/reperfusion in rats for OFR,these effects may be related to its scavenging effects on oxygen free radicals and inhibiting the release of free radicals.
