音乐治疗在脑瘫患儿康复中的作用探讨

目的:探讨不同的音乐治疗形式在脑瘫患儿康复治疗过程中的作用。方法:将150例脑瘫患儿随机均分为三组:主动参与式音乐治疗组采用教唱儿歌等主动形式结合传统康复方法治疗,被动感受式音乐治疗组采用音响播放儿歌等被动形式结合传统康复方法治疗,传统组采用药物、理疗、作业训练等传统康复方法治疗。治疗前后依据脑瘫儿童综合功能评定表进行疗效评定。结果:康复训练3个月后,三组患儿综合功能均显著提高,主动参与式音乐治疗组优于其他两组;而传统组与被动感受式音乐治疗组无明显统计学差异。结论:采用音乐治疗结合传统康复治疗脑瘫优于传统的康复治疗可提高患儿的认知功能,主动参与组的效果更为明显。

A study of efects of music therapy on the treatment of children with cerebral palsy

Objective ：To investigate the efects of different kinds of music treatment on children with cere-bral palsy .Methods ：150 children with cerebral palsy were randomly divided into 3 equal groups ：Active music group was given active model teaching nursery rhyme combined traditional recovery method .Passive music group listened nursery rhyme combined traditional recovery method .Traditional group was given traditional methods such as medi-cation ,physical therapy and training .Before and after treatment ,the clinical therapeutic effectiveness was assessed with the Evaluation Scale for Synthetic Capability of Children with Cerebral Palsy .Results ：After 3 months of train-ing ,Synthetic capability of 3 groups increased significantly .Active group have an advantage over the other two groups ,the score of traditional group and passive group was not different significantly .Conclusion ：the children who were given music therapy have an advantage over who were not .The effect is more obvious in active group .
